Breakfast.
So fast and easy. I cup self raising flour 1 cup full fat milk (or real milk as I like to call it ) 1 free range egg. I banana that was too ripe to eat and was heading for the bin , handful of walnuts..pinch of salt.
Throw all in your whizzer of choice and blend. Knob of butter on the pan, cook till it bubbles, then turn it . Served with @supervalu full fat greek style yoghurt and blueberries. #slowfoodisfastfood #eat4immunity #justeat #goodfood
