Delicious hamper delivered on Saturday from @ripassobray this spicy sausage was inside. So dinner was crumbled pieces of sausage delicious olive oil sea salt from the hamper chunky potatoes and baby tomatoes. I had made a chicken stock last week from a roast chicken i sweated all of these off first until the added #garlic smelt delicious and then added half a litre of stock (a guess) and cooked for 30 mins on a low heat. I finished it by adding full chicken breasts and cooked them in the last 12 mins until soft. #yummy #covidcooking
