The buzz word is polyvagal , so Im on a new course , to see whats going on outside what I ve been doing and see if I can intertwine more with the physical fitness and how to correlate it with a polyvagal state . Its Yoga the gunas and polyvagal theory. Im deep diving to add to , polyvagal theory with Stephen Porges and see how I can keep the journey natural and easy to understand
My Wellness prescriptions have always been individual and unique to the person and this is why I have spent the latter years only working with people, I choose as Ive never been able to scale it up. Probably never will…but lets see if this new course gives me a perspective on what I do and how to scale it or write it….
