FitOn Workouts & Fitness Plans
I tried this one most recently and loved it . Trainers are great, very easy to use and looks great, once you sign up the workouts are free , although you can upgrade like most apps . Tbh I didn’t feel the need, so far.
Their is a great live Community involved if you like that kind of thing, you can add music, get advice , meals and interact.
You can flash to google chromecast or airplay, if you want to have it on your tv, Which I think is the best way to workout with these apps as you have more freedom to move around , see what you’re doing and have your playlist blasting.
FitOn is a truly fantastic fitness app that offers tons of workout videos and resources for free.
Their is a reminder for your calendar, to kick you into action as well .
Black Friday has a 70 percent offer on the pro version which is normally 79.99 and tbh I think it’s worth it .
It has a 4.8 rating on google play with tons of scaleable, interactive and customised workouts, from Ballet Barre to Hiit
Nike Training Club—Home workouts and fitness plans .
The NTC app was one of the first I ever tried , when it came out first it appeared to be the only one and it was free. It linked to my watch and my music and was easy to use. It still is although as with others their is a pro version. It is still fantastic with lots of different types of workouts, all scaleable , in app music links to spotify, a playlist on your phone or apple . It also links to wearables.

Workout Trainer: Fitness Coach
This is a huge ranging app. I found it a little to complicated at times, but in reality its not. My attention span isnt great I like to get down and dirty straight away and I had to concentrate. Dont let that put you of fthough its really fantastic and needs more commitment than theothers, so It is best used in conjunction with your trainer for accountability and continued success .
It, like the others has a free and a pro version, but the paid version can be poor compared to the freebie one and it seems a little bit disorganised.
It is not a bad tool for trainers , although some of the others kicks its ass and it reminded me too many times to upgrade so I have deleted it 3 or 4 times . However, I do always go back to it and it is why, I continue to rate it and recommend it to clients.
On Google play it has a 4.3 rating and 4.7 on Apple
It is compatible with wearables
