Never cooked mussels before.. This is real fast food.. Saute Fresh chilli, garlic, salt add half a bottle of white wine and cornflour andFish stock.. Cooked off the wine then added mussels to steam..fresh parsely. Five minutes later. Yummy.. Served with fresh crabmeat, avocado, lemonzest and chilli mango.. Blended.. Honey and spelt bread. Glass of Trimbach yum yum yum. #nk
