So guanciale from @ripassoshop and almond apple cream birthday cake from @ripassobray , shop and cafe opening monday by the way , serving in their new beach view outdoor area. Fries cheek , no oil whipped 2 eggs and 2 ton of parmesan , used penne(mistake) as forgot the tagliatelle cooked pasta added to the pan with a few spoons of pasta water finished with egg mixture and parsley salt and pepper and more cheese. Careful with the egg so it doesn’t become scrambled mix it in and take it off. I messed it up, but it was fine, not what it was supposed to be !! I called it breakfast pasta 🙂 loads of antipasti things in my shop box and millions of bottle’s of excellent wine #covidlockdown
