Squash discs , fresh garden #rosemary, #maldonseasalt and olive oil. Baking in oven. Left over chilli mince, layered on thin courgette , full length slices and #kilmeadon #cheese. Should have rolled the chilli in the courgettes, but cut too thick, no panic !
